BL09:Exposure and crystal structure analysis beamline

White X-ray and monochromatic X-ray are supplied at the experimental station in BL09.
Experiments relating micro-fabrication and defect structure observation are carried out.

Monochromatic X-ray is supplied by the insertion of the Si channel-cut monochromator.
