NEXAFS：Near-edge X-ray-absorption fine structure
NEXAFS：Near-edge X-ray-absorption fine structure
 

Using this endstation, the polar-angle dependence of near-edge X-ray absorption fine structure (NEXAFS) spectra in solid samples (film/substrate) can be measured. The spot size of the photon beam is 1~4 mm (H) × 1.5 mm (V) (the dimension H can be adjusted using slits upstream of the endstation). The size of the sample holder is ~18 mm2 and the samples are fixed with a screw or double-sided vacuum carbon tape (Figs. 4-6). The sample size should be 10 × 10 ~ 17 × 17 mm2 and 0. 2 ~ 0.5 mm thick. Please contact us for more details.
